This Privacy Policy explains how LanCarte Law, PLLC (hereinafter the “Firm”) collects, uses, and discloses information about you collected through any means, including, but not limited to, the Firm’s website www.lancartelaw.com, social media platforms, your email exchanges with the Firm, collaboration sites made available to the Firm’s clients and third-parties, services the Firm provides to any entity or individual clients, employment inquiries you make to the Firm, and your offline business interactions with the Firm.

Revisions and Updates to this Privacy Policy. The Firm may change this Privacy Policy at any time by posting revisions on the Firm’s website. This Privacy Policy is not intended to, and does not create, any contractual or other legal rights.

Collection of Personal Information. In this Privacy Policy, “Personal Information” means information that identifies you as an individual or relates to an identifiable individual. The types of Personal Information the Firm collects about you will depend on your interactions with the Firm.

Personal Information the Firm Collects About You. The Firm and its service providers may collect the following types of Personal Information about you:

If you no longer wish to receive marketing-related emails from the Firm going forward, you may opt out by contacting the Firm as set forth in accordance with the Contacting the Firm section below. The Firm will try to comply with your request as soon as reasonably practicable. If you opt out of receiving marketing communications from us, the Firm may still send you non-marketing communications, such as those about your account or our ongoing business relations.

If you would like to request to review, correct, update, suppress, delete, or object to or restrict processing of Personal Information that you have previously provided to the Firm, or if you would like to request an electronic copy of your Personal Information for purposes of transmitting it to another company, please contact the Firm in accordance with the Contacting the Firm section below. The Firm will respond to your request consistent with applicable law.

In your request, please make clear what Personal Information you would like to have changed, whether you would like to have your Personal Information suppressed from the Firm’s database, or otherwise let us know what limitations you would like to put on our use of your Personal Information. For your protection, the Firm may need to verify your identity before implementing your request. The Firm will try to comply with your request as soon as reasonably practicable.
